Whether you’re just getting started with DexUtils or running into a specific issue, the answers below cover the most common questions from our users. Browse by category or use your browser’s find function (Ctrl+F / Cmd+F) to search for a specific topic.

Account

Yes. Connecting your wallet to DexUtils is a read-only operation. DexUtils requests view access to your public wallet address to display your portfolio and track linked wallets — it never requests permission to sign transactions or move funds on your behalf. You should never need to approve a transaction or sign a message just to use the DexUtils dashboard. If a prompt asks you to sign something during login, close it and report it to support — it may indicate a phishing site.
Yes. DexUtils is fully responsive and works in any modern mobile browser. For the best experience on iOS or Android, open DexUtils in Chrome, Safari, or Brave. You can also add it to your home screen as a Progressive Web App (PWA) for quick access.Telegram alerts are particularly useful on mobile — link your Telegram account under Settings → Notifications to receive real-time push notifications without keeping the browser tab active.
Use the Feedback button in the bottom-right corner of any DexUtils page to submit a bug report or data correction request. Include:
  • The pair or token address where you noticed the issue
  • The specific value that looks incorrect
  • What you expected to see, and any supporting source (e.g., a screenshot from the DEX directly)
For urgent security issues, email security@dexutils.io directly rather than using the public feedback form.

Data & Analytics

Price data refresh frequency depends on your plan:Data is sourced directly from on-chain swap events via indexed RPC nodes. The displayed price reflects the most recent confirmed swap in the liquidity pool, not an order book mid-price.
There are a few common reasons a token might not appear:
  • Newly deployed contract — DexUtils indexes new pairs shortly after their first swap, but there may be a brief delay of a few minutes after a pool is created.
  • No liquidity — Tokens with zero or near-zero liquidity may not be indexed or may be filtered from default search results.
  • Unsupported chain — Make sure the chain where your token is deployed is supported by DexUtils. Check the Multi-Chain Support page for the full network list.
  • Incorrect address — On Solana, use the SPL base58 token address, not an EVM address. On EVM chains, ensure you’re pasting the token contract address, not a wallet address.
If the token should be indexed and still doesn’t appear after 15 minutes, use the Feedback button to report the missing pair.
The DEXT Score is a composite security and credibility metric ranging from 0 to 99, displayed on every Pair Explorer page. It incorporates:
  • Liquidity quality and lock status
  • Contract source code verification
  • Holder concentration analysis
  • Volume consistency patterns
  • Social channel presence and engagement
Higher scores indicate fewer risk signals. See the Security Scores page for a full breakdown of score ranges and what each audit factor means.
Small discrepancies between DexUtils and a DEX’s own interface are normal and usually come down to timing — DexUtils reflects liquidity at the last indexed block, while the DEX UI may query the node directly. Differences of less than 1% are expected.Larger discrepancies can occur when:
  • A very recent large liquidity add or removal hasn’t propagated to the DexUtils index yet
  • The DEX aggregates multiple fee-tier pools (e.g., Uniswap V3 0.05%, 0.30%, and 1% pools) while DexUtils may display individual pool data
  • The DEX UI includes a pending liquidity transaction that hasn’t confirmed yet
If the discrepancy is large and persistent, report it via the Feedback button with the pair address and a screenshot.
Yes. Go to Portfolio → [Wallet] → Transaction History and click Export CSV. The export includes:
  • Transaction hash and timestamp
  • Token bought and sold, with amounts
  • USD value at time of transaction (based on DexUtils price feeds)
  • Gas fees paid
For professional tax reporting, the CSV is compatible with major crypto tax platforms. Note that DexUtils does not provide tax advice — consult a qualified tax professional to determine how DeFi transactions are treated in your jurisdiction.

Alerts & Watchlists

If you set up an alert but haven’t received a notification, run through the following checklist:
  1. Delivery channel permissions — For browser notifications, confirm you’ve granted notification permission to DexUtils in your browser settings. For Telegram, verify the bot is connected under Settings → Notifications.
  2. Alert is active, not paused — Go to Settings → Alerts and check that the alert status shows Active, not Paused.
  3. Threshold has been met — Confirm the price or condition has actually crossed your threshold. Use the pair chart to review recent price action.
  4. Plan limit reached — If you are on the Free plan and already have 3 active alerts, no additional alerts will fire. Delete an existing alert to free up a slot.
  5. Email spam filter — If using email delivery, check your spam or promotions folder and whitelist alerts@dexutils.io.
If none of these resolve the issue, report it via the Feedback button and include the alert ID visible in Settings → Alerts.

Pricing & Billing

API access is included with the Premium plan. After upgrading, navigate to Settings → API to generate your Pro API key. The key grants access to all documented REST endpoints with Premium-tier rate limits. If you need higher rate limits than the standard Premium allowance (e.g., for a high-frequency trading application or a data product), contact sales@dexutils.io to discuss a custom arrangement.See the Pro API documentation for endpoint references, authentication instructions, and code examples.
DexUtils currently supports 20+ blockchains, including Ethereum, BNB Chain, Solana, Arbitrum, Base, Polygon, Avalanche, and Optimism, among others. New networks are added continuously as their DeFi ecosystems grow. For the full list of supported networks and the DEXes indexed on each chain, see the Multi-Chain Support page.
Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan and follow the on-screen steps. Cancellation takes effect immediately — you will not be charged on your next renewal date — but your current plan access remains active until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for.No partial refunds are issued for unused days. If you believe you were charged in error, contact billing@dexutils.io within 7 days of the charge.
$DEXT is the native utility token of the DexUtils ecosystem. You do not need to hold it to use DexUtils — all tiers are available as standard subscriptions paid by card or crypto. However, holding $DEXT in a connected wallet unlocks tier features without a recurring subscription:
  • 1,000 DEXT → Standard-tier features
  • 100,000 DEXT → Premium-tier features
$DEXT is also used for governance voting on platform proposals and for community reward programs. Token-based feature access is verified in real time; if your balance drops below a threshold, the corresponding features are suspended until the balance is restored.
