Please contact support@dexutils.io using the email address associated with your DEXUtils account. In your message, include the blockchain network and token you sent, along with the transaction hash (Tx Hash), so our support team can investigate your deposit.
You can downgrade your subscription at any time from the Plans page. Your PRO features will remain available until the end of the current billing period, after which your subscription will not renew and you will not be charged again unless you subscribe to a PRO plan.
